Compliance management is an important guarantee for business sustainability and healthy development of an enterprise, as well as an integral part of the enterprise’s public image and reputation. Hisense Broadband Multimedia Technologies Co.,ltd. ("Hisense Broadband”) has been adhering to the compliance concept of "operating in compliance and developing with integrity" and the compliance policy of "implementing comprehensive compliance and establishing a value-creating compliance management system", abiding by the laws, regulations, business practices and ethical standards of host countries, for the purpose of fostering an honest and upright compliance culture.

To enhance its compliance capabilities, Hisense Broadband has been continuously increasing resource investment in order to establish a comprehensive compliance management system that aligns arries out system construction and compliance risks identification in various key compliance areas including but not limited to Corporate Governance, Anti-bribery, Anti-fraud, Labor and Employment, Ecology and Environmental Protection, Work Safety, Privacy and Data Governance, Tax Administration, Trade Secret Protection. It identifies and assesses compliance risks, effectively controlling compliance risks across the entire process of product development, manufacturing, sales, and other links for various modular and end products.

To ensure the effective implementation of compliance management work, Hisense has set up compliance organizations in governance, management, and execution levels with dedicated professional personnels equipped. In all business activities, all members must strictly follow national laws and regulations, eliminate any illegal and non-compliant actions, and work together to build Hisense's compliance foundation. Management personnels must take the lead, fully support and practice compliance requirements, and play a pioneering role. At the same time, every employee is required to strictly follow the compliance management requirements, faithfully implement compliance policies, actively fulfill compliance responsibilities, and jointly promote the successful achievement of the Hisense's compliance goals with their best efforts.
